FLORENCE, SC (WBTW) – The Florence County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a fatal shooting on Carver Circle.
According to Maj. Michael Nunn, the shooting occurred late Friday evening.
According to the Florence County Coroner, Keith von Lutcken, Islam Elijah Bonner, 20, of Florence died. Bonner was taken to the hospital where he died early Saturday morning following the shooting on Carver Circle. An autopsy is scheduled for Monday morning at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston.
No other details are immediately available.
The Florence County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the shooting.
