CLIO, SC (WBTW) – New jobs are coming to Marlboro County.          

News13 previously reported that Arris was bringing jobs to the Clio area.

Congressman Tom Rice tweeted it’s been difficult for Marlboro to attract new industries, but, with tax reform and the Dillon Inland Port, unemployment has been cut in half in just two years.

Arris is hosting a job fair Saturday for about 150 to 200 jobs at the former Baldo plant off Highway 9 East in Clio, according to a flyer posted on Marlboro County Government’s Facebook page. The fair will run from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.
