FLORENCE, SC (WBTW) – A Florence 1 Schools bus was involved in a car accident Wednesday morning, according to district officials.
Florence 1 spokesperson Pam Little-McDaniel says the accident occurred on East Palmetto Street and McCurdy Road. The bus was en route to Lester Elementary.
The bus was carrying numerous students, says Little-McDaniel, but no injuries were reported to students or the bus driver.
The spokesperson says the school bus was hit by a driver turning onto East Palmetto Street, but police have not reported a cause of the crash.
