Firefighters with the Marion Rural Fire Department are responding to a brush fire Sunday afternoon.
According to a post by the department on Facebook, firefighters with Station 20 are on the scene of a three-acre brush fire at 805 Cattlefarm Road. The fire is reportedly threatening a structure.
Firefighters got the fire under control at 1:38 p.m. and are remained on the scene to put out hot spots.
Stations 40 and 80 are assisting with the fire.
