The 2019 Pee Dee Middle School Regional Academic Challenge Tournament will be held on Saturday.
The young people have been competing for weeks to reach Saturday’s matches, which start at 9 a.m. at Francis Marion University.
In all, 250 middle schoolers from 24 schools will be there.
The finals should start at around 1:30 p.m. at Chapman Auditorium.
Saturday’s winners will go to the state finals in Rock Hill on March 29.
