A $100,000 winning Palmetto Cash 5 lottery ticket was sold in Marion.
The winning ticket was sold at Circle K #2723230 at 1401 E. Liberty St. in Marion, according to a press release from the South Carolina Education Lottery. Another $100,000 winning ticket was also sold at the Mo Convenience and Tobacco Store at 185 Beaufort St. NE in Aiken.
The tickets matched all five numbers drawn on Wednesday, the release says. “Had the ticket holders ‘Powered-Up’ for an additional $1, the $100,000 top prize would have multiplied to $200,000.”
The winning numbers were: 6, 12, 13, 17, 24, Power-up: 2.
