FLORENCE COUNTY, SC (WBTW) – One person is dead after a wreck involving a bicycle on Monday night.
According to the South Carolina Highway Patrol, this crash happened on Huggins Rd. around 9:15 p.m.
A sport utility vehicle and a bicycle were traveling west on Huggins Rd. when they collided. The bicyclist was killed as a result of this crash.
On Tuesday, the Florence County Coroner’s Office identified the person who died as Bobby Michael Fennel, 72, of Lake City.
The driver of the vehicle was not hurt.
This crash is being investigated by SCHP.
