LONGS, SC (WBTW) – The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating a deadly accident that happened on Highway 90 in Longs early Friday Morning.
Corporal Sonny Collins with South Carolina Highway Patrol says the incident happened around 3:40 a.m. on Highway 90 near Livingston Lane.
Horry County Deputy Coroner Michelle McSpadden confirms a pedestrian was struck and killed. The victim is Albert Simon, 54, of Longs.
Troopers have not released information related to the driver or if that person may face any charges.
