A major wreck closed all beach-bound lanes of Robert Edge Parkway for about an hour on Thursday afternoon.
The crash happened just before 4 pm at SC 31, according to traffic data information.
At 4:30 pm, North Myrtle Beach officials said: “Robert Edge Parkway eastbound into North Myrtle Beach is closed due to an accident.”
At 5 pm, officials said the road had reopened.
