HORRY COUNTY, SC (WBTW) – A person is in critical condition after a wreck on Highway 905 and Red Bluff Road early this morning, according to a tweet from Horry County Fire Rescue.
A patient had to be extricated after the vehicle overturned and was taken to the hospital. A helicopter was requested.
