One man arrested for stabbing in North Myrtle Beach

NORTH MYRTLE BEACH (WBTW) – North Myrtle Beach police arrested an Ohio man for a stabbing early Friday morning.

Officers say it happened late Thursday night after two men got into a fight outside the Kangaroo gas station on South Highway 17.  They say one man stabbed the other and cut him on the face, and then ran away.

The victim, originally from Maryland, was taken to Grand Strand Regional Medical Center for treatment, and police were eventually able to locate the suspect, 24-year-old Justin Boggs, around 12:30 a.m. as he was hiding behind Lumber Liquidators.
