LUMBERTON, NC (WBTW) – On Friday, deputies with the Robeson County Sheriff’s Office helped arrest two people and seize narcotics and stolen property from a Lumberton home.

Deputies worked alongside the Violent Crime Task Force, Major Crimes Division and Special Response Team to extensively search a home on Arabian Drive. The Fayetteville Police Department was also involved in the investigation and provided two narcotics certified K9s.

The release from Sheriff Kenneth Sealey says hundreds of Schedule II Controlled Substances were seized along with a significant amount of marijuana.

Milford Locklear. 43, was arrested and charged with trafficking in opium, felony conspiracy to traffic opium, felony conspiracy to sell and deliver marijuana, felony possession w/intent to sell and deliver marijuana, felony maintain dwelling for keeping/selling controlled substance, two counts of felony obtaining property by false pretenses, four counts of felony conspiracy, two counts of attempt to obtain property by false pretenses, receiving stolen property, possession of stolen property, misdemeanor possession of marijuana paraphernalia and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Selina Locklear, 41. was arrested and charged with felony trafficking in opium, felony conspiracy to traffic in opium, felony conspire to sell/deliver marijuana, felony possession w/intent to sell/deliver marijuana, felony maintain a dwelling for keeping/selling a controlled substance, two counts of felony conspiracy, two counts of felony obtaining property by false pretenses, felony receiving stolen goods, felony possession of stolen goods, misdemeanor possession of marijuana paraphernalia, misdemeanor possession drug paraphernalia.

Milford Locklear was placed under a $650,000 secured bond and is currently being held in the Robeson County Detention Center. Selina Locklear was placed under a $30,000 secured bond.

Officers say the investigation is ongoing and more arrests are anticipated.
