MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WBTW) – Ocean Lakes Family Campground in Myrtle Beach, S.C., will be hosting a job fair on Monday, February 16, from 9 a.m. – 11 a.m. Ocean Lakes will hire approximately 200-250 seasonal and part-time teammates to supplement the year-round work force.
Managers say they are looking for people with good customer service skills and a good work track record. If you attend Monday’s job fair be prepared to fill out a job application and have an interview with a hiring manager.
Managers told News13 they always have the job fair on the President’s Day holiday to attract students looking for summer work. But for those hired, it could lead to something more permanent.
“With our workforce, we have about 225 full-time and year-round part time folks and probably 90% or better of that 225 began work as a seasonal teammate,” Ocean Lakes HR VP Ron Welcher said.
