NORTH CHARLESTON (WCBD) – Andrew Hillman, 19, is behind bars at the Sheriff Al Cannon Detention Center following his arrest on multiple charges including criminal solicitation to a minor, contributing to delinquency of a minor and attempted disseminating of obscene material to a minor.
Hillman was arrested Friday afternoon at his home on Lambs Road in North Charleston, he was taken into custody by Charleston County deputies and members of the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force without incident.
Hillman appeared before a judge for a bond hearing at 10:00 a.m. Saturday morning.
