GEORGETOWN COUNTY (WBTW) – Georgetown City Firefighters put out a house fire in Pawley’s Island Thursday evening.
According to Asst. Chief Jim Crawford with Midway Fire Department, the 2-alarm fire started in the attic and burned through the roof of a home on Myrtle Ave.
The fire remains under investigation.
