DARLINGTON, SC (WBTW) – Darlington County deputies say no one will be charged after a shooting on Knotty Pine Road Wednesday morning.
According to Lt. Robby Kilgo, deputies are investigating a domestic-related shooting that sent one person to the hospital. Officials did not release that person’s condition.
Upon initial investigation, deputies took one person into custody, confirms Lt. Kilgo. After consulting with the Fourth Circuit Solicitor’s Office, it was decided no charged will be filed at this time, adds Lt. Kilgo.
