Nick Sturdivant joined the WBTW News 13 team as a Digital Journalist in October of 2013. He works in Florence, covering the Pee Dee for News13.
Nick is from High Point, NC. He is also a 2013 graduate of High Point University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications-Journalism.
Before coming to Florence, Nick worked behind the scenes first as an news intern and then as a Studio Production Assistant for WGHP FOX8. While at FOX8, he gained valuable experience not only in the newsroom but in Creative Services as well, where he helped build graphics for the evening and nightly newscasts.
The Pee Dee feels like home to Nick! In fact, he has family that lives not too far away in the Lowcountry and is well connected to the area.
Nick is looking forward to being very active in the community here in Florence. He is also proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
