FLORENCE, SC – Construction on a new $15 million hotel is underway in downtown Florence.
The Hyatt Place construction site is on the corner of Evans and Dargan Streets. The five story hotel will have more than 100 rooms, as well as meeting space, an outdoor terrace, a bar, and an outdoor pool.
The Hyatt Place should open in the first quarter of 2018.
