RALEIGH, N.C. – A Raleigh woman is charged with impersonating a law enforcement officer and making a harassing phone call, according to the Wake County Sheriff’s Office.
Valerie Pearl Kisgen, 44, is accused of falsely telling two people she was a police office.
“The defendant called the work place of another person and represented herself as a police officer and told two people that the other person had a warrant for her arrest,” the arrest warrant said.
The warrant said the incident happened April 27. Kisgen is scheduled to appear in court June 17 and was given $4,000 bond.
