LAURINBURG, NC (WBTW) – Scotland County Deputies arrested a Larinburg man after seizing 5 illegal video slot machines.
According to the department’s Facebook page, deputies arrested Augustus John Dorsey Wednesday and charged him with operation/possession of slot style video gaming machines.
Deputies say they seized the machines from two locations in Gibson and Laurinburg.
Dorsey was arrested on Blue Farm Road as he was attempting to remove more machines from his home, deputies said.
Deputies said the investigation will continue and additional arrests and charges are possible.
