RICHLANDS, N.C. – Deputies arrest a Richlands assistant coach after they say he was sexting with teenage girl.
The Onslow County Sheriff’s Office says Javan Lenhardt II was arrested on Friday.
Investigators say Lenhardt, an assistant football coach at Richlands High School, faces charges for texting sexual messages to 15-year-old girl.
Lenhardt is charged with felony indecent liberties with a child and soliciting a child by computer.
Deputies say the 43-year-old was taken to the Onslow County Detention Center and given a $25,000 bond.
According to Vinelink, Lenhardt has bonded out of jail.
