ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (WFLA) – A transient woman brought not one, but two machetes to a bar and started waving them around and threatening violence, telling patrons she had killed more than 100 people with the weapons, police said.
Victoria Lynn Morley, 54, who also goes by Sheryl Baula, entered the Axe and Ale, 1320 Central Avenue North with two machetes and started waving them in the presence of multiple people in a “careless and threatening manner,” an affidavit states.
Witnesses reported seeing Morley scrape the blades together and announce she had killed more than 100 people with her machetes. She also threatened to kill the bar owner if she followed her out of the establishment, according to the affidavit.
“The defendant’s behavior and actions caused a breech of peace in the bar,” police said in the report.
Morley was arrested for disorderly conduct and booked into the Pinellas County Jail.
