CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – The ‘CBS This Morning’ anchor Norah O’Donnell had to take an unplanned trip to MUSC on Friday during her spring break in Charleston to undergo an appendectomy.
O’Donnell’s husband tweeted on Friday that she lost her appendix. He went on to thank the MUSC staff and her friends at ‘CBS This Morning’ on making the surgery a huge success.
He also said that it was “a spring break to remember.”
