MYRTLE BEACH, SC – Myrtle Beach grad Ramon Sessions is back in the Grand Strand this week for his 12th annual basketball camp. Hundreds of kids from all over the area are at the MB Sports Center to learn about the game through fun drills, scrimmages and top-notch instruction from Ramon’s friends and family. The 3-day event began on Monday morning and will end with awards on Wednesday afternoon.
Sessions is one of the best ever to come through the area and showed that by playing for 11 seasons in the NBA with a number of different teams. The 2018-2019 season was his first not in the league since he was drafted back in 2007. The MB grad played some ball overseas this past winter. Sessions says though he is working to get back and hopefully sign with an NBA team for the 2019-2020 season.
