Myrtle Beach, SC (WBTW) — Two weeks after losing their head coach Rivers Lynch the Myrtle Beach Seahawks boys tennis team won their 10th state championship in school history.
The Seahawks dominated AC Flora in the 4A championships winning six games to none. Fittingly the winning match went to Rivers grandson John Edward Cahill and the winning point in the final match went to his other grandson Rivers Cahill.
The championship is Coach Lynch’s 12th overall.
