Myrtle Beach, SC (WBTW) – Myrtle Beach got 23 points from Robert Swanson and were able to hold off rival Socastee 73-64 in both team’s season opener. The Braves jumped out to an early 7-2 lead, but after that Myrtle Beach caught up thanks to Swanson and his surrounding cast. The Seahawks will play Carolina Forest on Friday, while Socastee will take on Waccamaw at home on Thursday.
