Myrtle Beach, SC (WBTW) – It was a heartbreaking end to the 2017 season for the Myrtle Beach Seahawk football team as Lower Richland won on a last second Hail Mary to the endzone to advance in the postseason and leave the Seahawks with a sour taste in their mouth.  The 2018 team though is ready to get back to the playoffs and challenge for a regional crown.  They are lead by junior QB Luke Doty who recently committed to South Carolina.  Surrounding him are a number of different playmakers like Jermani Green and Da’Ron Finkley.  The defense should also be much improved from last season.

2017 Record: 7-5, lost in the 2nd round of the 4A playoffs

2018 First Game:
Friday, August 24th vs. Hanahan – 7:30pm
