MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WBTW) – A 46-year-old Myrtle Beach man faces 10 charges of child porn after authorities say he distributed files.

James Albert McClung distributed multiple files of child pornography, according to South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson. McClung was charged with 10 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, second degree.

The charges are punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment on each count.  

McClung was arrested on Tuesday by Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force investigators with the Horry County Sheriff’s Office.  

The case will be prosecuted by the Attorney General’s Office.

McClung remains in the J. Reuben Long Detention Center without bail.
