MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WBTW) – The Myrtle Beach Police Department is investigating a fight that led to gunfire early Thursday morning.
According to Lt. Joey Crosby, police were called to the scene of a reported shooting around 2:10 a.m. at 408 8th Avenue South.
Police say two men got into a fight when one of the men picked up a rock and threw it at the other man. That man then pulled out a firearm and shot at the alleged rock thrower, Crosby said.
Neither man was injured in the assault. Both were arrested at the scene and are awaiting charges, Crosby said.
