MURRELLS INLET, SC (WBTW) – A man was charged on Tuesday with allegedly re-entering into the United States after deportation, according to Beth Drake, United States attorney.
Jesus Patino-Lopez, 31, of Murrells Inlet, was charged in a single-count indictment with illegal re-entry into the United States after deportation, according to Drake.
The maximum penalty Patino-Lopez could receive is a fine of $250,000 and/or two years imprisonment, according to Drake.
Drake did not comment on why or how Patino-Lopez came back to the U.S.
