MULLINS, S.C. (WBTW) – A Mullins police officer was suspended without pay after she was arrested for DUI.
According to a North Myrtle Beach police report, an officer pulled over Betty Rowell in on Little River Neck Road on Friday night.
The report says she admitted to officers that she had been drinking that night.
According to the report, Rowell’s blood alcohol content was .12 during the breath alcohol analysis.
Mullins City Administrator David Hudspeth says Rowell is suspended, pending further review of the case.
