MARION, SC (WBTW) – A production company with plans to film two movies in Marion County held an open casting call Saturday.
Two years ago filmmakers were in Marion County shooting a couple of films during the summer.
Production Company G It’s Entertainment recently announced its return to the Marion County area for another round of filming along with searching for local talent.
Those involved say they are looking for a total of 15 roles to be filled between their two productions, Fish and An Inherited Life.
“By these two films coming to South Carolina, I know for a fact that it will impact your local businesses. We are so big in supporting local businesses. We’re going to be hiring a lot of people in the area because film equals jobs,” said Brad Tarnowsky with G It’s Entertainment.
The film-makers say they will be back in July and will be looking for extras and families to be a part of both films.
