DARLINGTON, SC (WBTW) – A motorcycle driver hit a utility pole in Darlington and died late Thursday night, according to South Carolina Highway Patrol.
The driver, who troopers said wasn’t wearing a helmet, ran off Ruby Road, just north of Hartsville, at 11:52 p.m.
The person’s name hasn’t been released. Troopers didn’t say why the driver crashed.
