(WBTW)- New court documents show that Sidney Moorer could return to court by the end of August.
Moorer is charged with kidnapping in the disappearance of Heather Elvis, who was last seen December of 2013.
Last month, Moorer’s trial on that charge ended with a mistrial.
Documents filed by prosecutors yesterday ask that Stephen Schiraldi, the man that went on a date with Elvis the day she disappeared, be available to testify anywhere from August 29 to September 9.
