GASTONIA, NC – Charlotte TV Station WBTV reports that William “Skip” McCullen is charged with first degree murder in the death of 3-year-old Jordan Ann Dumont.
Police say they found a body they think is Dumont, but have not positively identified her.
Crews in Gaston County, NC started looking for the missing girl Monday afternoon.
The girl was reported missing from her Bessemer City home around 3:30 p.m. Monday.
Officials say her mother’s boyfriend, who was caring for the child, told police he last saw the girl around 1 p.m. and notified authorities when he realized she was missing.
