A missing North Carolina woman has been found.
Tiffany Sheppard, 21, of North Carolina was found Wednesday.
Sheppard is described as a white female.
She is 5’1″, weighs 120 lbs with dark brown hair and hazel eyes.
She has a tattoo on her right shoulder.
The tattoo has dolphins and the phrase “Happiness is Free.”
Sheppard was found safely.
