Missing GA teen found alive in TN, abductor in custody

AUGUSTA, Ga. (WJBF) – WJBF NewsChannel 6 is learning 15-year-old Calah Waskow has been found alive.

WJBF NewsChannel 6 has confirmed Calah Waskow and Jason Johnson have been located in Sevierville, Tennessee.

Officers in Sevierville say they received a call from a gentleman who was following the subjects.

They went from gas station to gas station and then were finally stopped and detained at the Russell Stover Candy Store.

Johnson is being taken into custody by Sevierville Police Department.

Calah Waskow is being transported to the Emergency Room to be evaluated.

On Saturday after noon Waskow’s brother, Jayson Wheatley, posted to Facebook saying “they found her and have him in custody. Tennessee is where they were caught.”
