Horry County Police and Horry County Fire Rescue say that a child went missing for some time in the Carolina Forest area Wednesday afternoon.
According to HCPD tweet, a 4-year-old child went missing off Heathrow Drive, just behind the River Oaks Golf Course.
The child was reported missing around 1:30 pm
Soon after 2 pm — when search crews were called in to assist — police reported the child was found OK.
