SUMTER, SC (WBTW) – The Sumter County Sheriff’s Office says they have located the missing 16-year-old girl.
Caroline Spigner was last seen at a home on Keystone Road in Dalzell on Sunday and safely located Wednesday in Lexington County.
Deputies say they aren’t sure what she was wearing when she was last seen, but she is 5’7″ tall, 170 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes.
