LOS ANGELES, CA – A meteorologist on KTLA in Los Angeles was asked to cover up while she was on air.
Liberte Chan was giving her forecast and a few minutes into it, she was handed a sweater by an off camera anchor.
A news anchor handed the sweater to her, saying the station was “getting a lot of emails” about her dress.
That led to lots of online backlash with viewer saying it was sexist.
The viewers either loved the dress or hated it. So the anchors took to Facebook to read some of the comments they were getting during the newscast.
