FLORENCE, SC (WBTW) – Two armed men robbed a convenience store in Florence on Wednesday morning, according to Florence Police.
Major Carlos Raines said the men had a shotgun when they went inside the Kangaroo store on Second Loop Road at Cashua Drive and demanded money around 6:30 a.m. The clerk described the robbers as a black male wearing a hoodie sweatshirt and a mask and a white male wearing a stripped toboggan hat and a jacket.
No one was hurt in the robbery, Raines said.
Witnesses said the men were seen coming from apartments on the north side of the store and headed back toward the apartments after the robbery, according to Raines.
Anyone who can help investigators find the robbers is asked to call the Florence Police Department.
