Bennettsville, SC (WBTW) – Dean Boyd and Marlboro County had an uncharacteristic down season going 3-7 in 2017, but many of those losses came late in the 4th quarter. The guys will hope to win those games this fall led by senior QB Elijah Blair who has the potential to be one of the best in the Pee Dee. About 12 starters are back for Coach Boyd as the ‘Dawgs welcome 4A state runner up Hartsville and Darlington into their already tough region with Myrtle Beach, North Myrtle Beach, and Wilson.
