MARION (WBTW) – The investigation continues into a fire at a Marion town councilman’s home early Tuesday morning, according to state and local authorities.
Marion firefighters tell News13 they received a call about a fire at the home of Emerson Hunt at 220 Gregg Avenue, and responded to find a portion of the home’s exterior burning.
Firefighters say the damage was minimal, and no one was permanently displaced as a result.
Marion Police are also investigating, and SLED agents confirmed arson investigators were also looking into what happened.
