Gabriel Emanuel Foxworth, age 27, of Marion, South Carolina was charged in a 5-count indictment for Possession with Intent to Distribute Marijuana, a violation of Title 21, U. S. C. §841(a)(1), Felon in Possession of a Firearm, a violation of Title 18, U. S. C. §922(g)(1) and Possession of a Firearm in Furtherance of a Drug Trafficking Crime, a violation of Title 18, U. S. C. §924(c)(1)(A).
The maximum penalty Foxworth could receive is life imprisonment.
The case was investigated by agents of the ATF and Marion County Sheriff’s Office and is assigned to Assistant United States Attorney Christopher D. Taylor of the Florence office for prosecution.
