Man sentenced to 28 years in 2018 fatal Florence nightclub shooting

On Thursday a jury found Diondrae Emanuel Jackson guilty in connection to a deadly nightclub shooting in Florence last year. 

According to solicitor Ed Clements, Diondrae Emanuel Jackson was found guilty of voluntary manslaughter and sentenced to 28 years in prison. 

Jackson was charged in connection to a deadly shooting that happened at a Florence nightclub on May 6, 2018. One person died in the shooting, another was seriously injured, according to the Florence County Sheriff’s Office 

Florence County Coroner Keith von Lutcken identified the person killed as 23-year-old Malcolm Spates of Olanta.
