A man is in custody after shots were fired near The Market Common Thursday.
Cpl. Thomas Vest with the Myrtle Beach Police Department said the call for a man with a gun came in around 2:45 p.m.
Police say shots were fired on Shine Avenue.
No one was hurt.
Police say it’s too early to say what charges the man will face.
Police reiterate that there is no threat to the public.
