FLORENCE, SC (WBTW)- A Florence County magistrate denied an Effingham man bond Monday after police said he struck and killed the driver of another vehicle Sunday afternoon.
Police charged James Martin Hudson, 25, with felony DUI on a wreck Sunday on Alligator Road in Florence that killed a Timmonsville woman.
The two car crash in Florence closed Alligator Road for several hours Sunday.
Florence County Coroner Keith von Lutcken says Lisa Marie Sessions, 37, of Timmonsville was killed in the crash.
An autopsy is scheduled for Monday at the Medical University of Charleston .
The crash is under investigation by the Florence Police Department and Florence County Coroner’s Office.
