LORIS, SC (WBTW) – A man has been charged with manslaughter following an incident in the Loris area.
According to Mikayla Moskov with Horry County Police, William Schultz has been arrested and charged with manslaughter following an incident on Quartermaster Drive Monday, in the Loris area.
