MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WBTW) -A Myrtle Beach man was arrested Monday and charged with criminal sexual conduct and voyeurism after investigators located photos taken without the victim’s consent.
The report from Horry County police says officials located several images that showed several male victims who appeared to be unconscious and the suspect manipulating their genitals. Investigators were able to locate a victim who confirmed he had spent time at the suspect’s home after a day of drinking but did not remember the incident and told police he was not a willing participant.
32-year-old Shannon Jefferson was arrested Monday and was released Tuesday on a $8,500 bond.
