A man has been charged after an incident at a resort in Myrtle Beach.
A police report from the Myrtle Beach Police Department says officers responded to the Captain’s Quarters Resort at 901 S. Ocean Boulevard around 4:15 p.m. on Monday for a criminal sexual conduct call.
According to the report, a juvenile victim told police an incident had occurred between her and the suspect in one of the resort’s rooms that she didn’t consent to.
Myrtle Beach P2C booking records show 31-year-old Tulio Trejo, of Maryland, is charged with second degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor 11-14 years of age and kidnapping. His bond is set at $100,000.
